What I've Been Eating Lately (Vegan Postpartum Weight Loss)

I’ve been stalling lately on the weight loss front. I can’t seem to break the 140’s. I get close, but never quite there. I am not upset or worried, because I’m not overweight. I am a good size. But personally, I know I will feel a bit more comfortable in my skin and clothes if I could get down to my goal weight of 135. If you have any tips that could help re-jog this plateau, let me know in the comments! I know the answer is probably exercise… I am just very bad at exercise. LOL I hate it. I can do walking… but anything else… is such a drag to me. I know, that sounds so unhealthy, but it’s true. I need to force myself to be active.

Maybe I’ll try some YouTube workouts at home. Any suggestions or favorite videos?

Anyways, here’s what I have been eating lately. I have not been great at documenting as much these days. This month was so busy… but there’s still a handful. I’ll try to do better next post.

  1. I like to work out because I feel so much better when I do it regularly but I hear you–it can get boring! I like Jillian Michaels’s DVDs; they can be challenging but that’s what makes them fun! I like the ones that focus on different body parts–Killer Abs, Killer Buns & Thighs, and Killer Arms & Back. You can do them in your living room, you only need a yoga mat and a set of hand weights, they’re 30 min at most, and you’ll get a good workout. Definitely keeps it interesting for me!

    1. I am so jealous that you are so good about it. I always feel so good and then somehow “forget” how good it feels. I think I would be into the focused ones, as well. Thank you for the motivation and ideas. I appreciate it!! I need to make a workout playlist on YouTube… maybe that will help keep me motivated! xo
