Proud Italian girl here. And I’ll be honest, before I adopted a plant-based diet, I was skeptic because that meant “giving up” on cheese and all my favorite Italian dishes. In reality, I didn’t have to give up anything. Because all of my favorite dishes were easy to veganize… and still SO delicious and flavorful. That is the beauty of eating vegan or plant-based… ANYTHING can be made without dairy, meat, and other animal products.
