Snack plate – bananas, crackers, and peanut butter to spread themselves (makes a difference in the success of this plate, lol!)
Lentil soup , zucchini, homemade tortilla chips, and queso to dip.
Vegan cheese quesadilla, avocado, beans, and grapes.
Rice noodle, tofu, and avocado rolls with peanut butter dipping sauce.
Red beans and rice with a side of corn and vegan cheese quesadilla.
Noodle bowls with cabbage, tofu, carrots, and broccoli.
White bean salad in a bun, strawberries, and veg with vegan cream cheese dip.
Black bean tostadas for dinner with some vegan queso , corn, salsa, and side salad.
Chickpea egg sandwiches and bananas for breakfast.
Strawberry and cashew cream oats.
Vegan mac and cheese with tofu bits.
Melted vegan cheese sandwiches with pizza sauce to dip, blueberry muffin, and cucumbers.

Strawberry banana oatmeal with chia and ground flax.
Veggie burgers, veg, and avocado.
Grilled cheese, apple slices, cucumber and vegan cream cheese bites.
