Plant-Based Meal Ideas: What I've Been Eating Lately

I know I share these few and far between now, but I often forget to take photos caught up in the rush of serving two hungry little people. But I hope that when I do post, these are helpful! Here’s some plant-based kid meal inspiration. x

Snack plate – bananas, crackers, and peanut butter to spread themselves (makes a difference in the success of this plate, lol!)

Lentil soup, zucchini, homemade tortilla chips, and queso to dip.

Vegan cheese quesadilla, avocado, beans, and grapes.
