What I Eat As A Nursing Vegan Mom (Postpartum Meal Ideas!)

Hi friends! I hope I have enough food pics for this post… it’s been hard to remember to photograph my meals because I am kinda just scarfing down whatever I have in the fridge as I go. But I wanted to share some of what I have been eating postpartum. I am so lucky to have my mom because she pretty much fed us the first week or so. It was such a help (and very delicious!)

I am exclusively pumping with my daughter, but for the sake of this post, I am going to go with “nursing” because you know… same situation, different way of doing it. I hope you find some meal inspo here – you don’t have to be pregnant, a mom, or nursing, don’t worry.
